Forskning for fremtidens kompetanse, utdanning og arbeidsliv

This funding opportunity aims to generate new knowledge for education systems and working life, addressing competence needs and development in the face of societal challenges and changes. The purpose is to produce high-quality research that contributes to policy and practice development, illuminating central challenges, trends and opportunities in and between education, work and society. The call seeks research relevant to Norwegian contexts while encouraging international perspectives where appropriate. Projects must contribute new knowledge within or across four priority thematic areas: education and working life in transition, competence and skills development, learning/inclusion/quality in education, and inclusive and well-functioning working life. The research should address the significance of social, cultural, structural and individual factors on these priority themes.
