About this opportunity

The first EUP OHAMR joint transnational call focuses on providing innovative and cost-effective treatment alternatives for antimicrobial resistance within a One Health perspective. The call aims to develop new antimicrobial agents, new treatment protocols or alternative treatment strategies and diagnostics against infectious diseases in humans. It also seeks to improve, preserve and strengthen the clinical effect of current treatment antimicrobials, identify barriers to access, availability, quality and uptake of therapeutic solutions, and assess the impact of economic incentives and regulations on drug development, manufacturing, supply and treatment availability. The Research Council of Norway participates with approximately 1 million Euro in this European Partnership initiative, which has a total budget of approximately 35 million Euro for the call.
