FoU-møter

Nordland fylkeskommune offers funding for R&D meetings (FoU-møter) to clarify research needs in the business sector through the FORREGION Nordland program. An R&D meeting brings together multiple companies to discuss a specific problem relevant to all participants. The goal is to clarify the current knowledge status and need for new knowledge, and to discuss how companies can find new and good solutions to the relevant problem through research. The meetings are expected to be open to research environments and public entities with interest in the discussed topic. The theme for R&D meetings must reflect one or more of FORREGION program's focus areas in Nordland: tourism, power-intensive industry including suppliers and space, blue economy, and agriculture. The support is intended to cover preparations, implementation, and follow-up work related to the meeting.
