About this opportunity
The Diversity in Regional Telehealth Bursaries program is supported by the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal, which is the only national foundation specifically focused on ensuring the social and economic strength of Australia's remote, rural and regional communities. These bursaries are designed to support students at Federation University Australia who are studying in the Gippsland region and pursuing bachelor-level qualifications in higher education. The program aims to promote diversity in regional telehealth access and support continuing students in their educational journey. With 50 bursaries available, each valued at $1,000, this initiative reflects the Foundation's commitment to addressing real needs at scale and building longer-term capability, momentum and resilience in regional communities. The program connects common purposes and investment with locally prioritised needs, often reaching some of Australia's smallest communities.
