About This Opportunity

The Foundation for the Advancement of Aboriginal Youth (FAAY) program, administered by Indspire in partnership with the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, provides financial support to First Nation, Inuit, and Métis students pursuing their education. The program offers varying amounts for post-secondary students and $750 for secondary school students in grades 9-12. Awards are given based on demonstrated financial need and contribution to education costs, academic performance, suitability and commitment to field of study, and contributions and involvement in the Indigenous community. The program aims to support Indigenous students' educational journeys by reducing financial barriers and recognizing their academic achievements and community engagement.
