Frances R. and Louis B. Morrison Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Frances R. and Louis B. Morrison Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 1984 by Mr. David L. Schwartz and Mrs. Nancy Schwartz to provide an annual scholarship in memory of Frances R. and Louis B. Morrison. This scholarship supports students in the studio arts who demonstrate exceptional promise in their field. Applicants must be currently enrolled, newly-admitted, or intended majors in studio arts at the University at Buffalo. The scholarship requires demonstration of financial need, with domestic students completing the FAFSA and international students submitting a financial need statement through the general application. Recipients are selected based on their artistic promise and financial circumstances, with the goal of enabling talented students to pursue their passion for the studio arts.
