Frances Schuessler Scholarship

The Frances Schuessler Scholarship is offered by the Tarrant County College Foundation to support students enrolled in the Associate of Applied Science Program in Nursing. This merit-based scholarship is designed to help nursing students continue their education at Tarrant County College. The scholarship gives preference to single heads of household with dependent children, recognizing the unique challenges faced by student parents pursuing nursing careers. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and enroll in at least 8 credit hours during the award period. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if academic requirements are met during the fall semester.
