Frances W. McColl Scholarship - Journalism (Odd Fiscal Years)

The Frances W. McColl Scholarship is awarded to junior students majoring in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations or Magazines at Eastern Illinois University. This scholarship is awarded each spring in alternate odd fiscal years (alternating with English majors in Teacher Education in even years). Recipients must demonstrate outstanding scholarship and leadership. The award is announced in the Spring and disbursed the following Fall semester. Applicants must be full-time students accepted to Eastern Illinois University who will enter their senior year in the designated academic area.
