Francis LaPlante Soil Health Scholarship

The Francis LaPlante Soil Health Scholarship supports graduate students pursuing advanced degrees within the School of Natural Resource Sciences or the Department of Microbiological Sciences at North Dakota State University. This scholarship is designed to support research and education in soil health and soil microbiology. Preference is given to students whose research specifically focuses on soil health and/or enhancing soil microbiology. The scholarship is available to both full-time and part-time graduate students and aims to advance the field of natural resource sciences through support of graduate-level research and education in these critical areas of environmental science.
