About This Opportunity

The Frank Joseph Murphy Bursary supports undergraduate engineering students enrolled at the University of Queensland to participate in overseas exchange programs. Established in 1994, the bursary is maintained by income from a bequest from the late Frank Joseph Murphy. The scholarship is specifically designed to support students enrolled in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/Master of Engineering, or dual engineering programs, with a focus on fields or majors offered by the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Upon return from overseas exchange, recipients must submit a report of no more than 1,000 words on their study experience, which may be reproduced in school or faculty publications.
