Frank Rife Kinesiology Opportunity Scholarship

The Frank Rife Kinesiology Opportunity Scholarship was established in honor of Dr. Frank N. Rife to endow a scholarship for students pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The Fund supports undergraduate students' internship expenses for both domestic and international internship opportunities. Eligible recipients must maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA. Preference is given to first generation students and students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office. At the end of the internship, students must provide a written evaluation of their experiences demonstrating how the internship shaped their future professional plans.
