The Frank Sobol and Carl Sobolewski Bowl of Hygeia Scholarship in Pharmacy is awarded to students with superior academic achievement entering the third or fourth year of study in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing, with preference given to students who have demonstrated a commitment to the pharmacy profession through extracurricular activities. This endowed scholarship was established by Carl Sobolewski in memory of his brother and business partner Frank Sobol.
