Frederick KF Wong Memorial Entrance Scholarship in Science

The Frederick KF Wong Memorial Entrance Scholarship in Science is awarded to students with superior academic achievement entering the first year of an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Science at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on admission average and demonstrated leadership, community engagement, volunteerism and/or involvement in extracurricular activities. Preference is given to students with a demonstrated passion for the outdoors. This scholarship is funded through endowed funds established by James and Maria Wong in memory of Frederick Wong.
