Frivillighetsmidler i Bydel Vestre Aker

Frivillighetsmidlene skal stimulere til frivillig arbeid, engasjement, samarbeid og inkludering i bydel Vestre Aker. The grants are intended for initiatives that primarily benefit participants with permanent affiliation to Vestre Aker through residence, school placement, or similar, and must be open to the district's population. The initiatives must reflect volunteer work and demonstrate the scope of voluntary effort. For 2026, the district council has allocated 250,000 Norwegian kroner to these volunteer grants. The program prioritizes initiatives directed at children and youth, activities creating participation related to health, culture, environment and sports, initiatives promoting inclusion and engagement, and initiatives counteracting loneliness. Organizations with volunteers who work with minors or persons with developmental disabilities must have a child care certificate (police certificate). Reporting and accounting requirements apply, with unspent funds potentially required to be returned. Ten percent of the funds are reserved for potential appeals.
