This funding opportunity supports projects working with selected strategies for sustainable urban development with a specific focus on promoting circular economy in cities. The initiative aims to contribute to a greener Europe by changing current resource usage patterns to reduce extraction of new raw materials and waste deposition, leading to decreased greenhouse gas emissions. The program supports intensifying transformation processes requiring efforts from both businesses and the general public.
