About This Opportunity

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program in Togo aims to strengthen educational and cultural relationships between the United States and Togo. This Open Study/Research Award supports U.S. citizens to conduct independent research or study in Togo for a period of 6-9 months. The program is designed for applicants with bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees who wish to pursue self-directed research projects or study in various fields. French language proficiency at an intermediate level is required, as it is necessary for project development and daily communication. Candidates should be self-guided and flexible, prepared to engage deeply with Togolese culture and communities.
