About this opportunity

The Fulbright/IE University Master's Award is a prestigious Study/Research Partnership Award that provides one award for U.S. citizens to pursue a full-time Master's degree at IE University in Spain. The award covers two eligible programs: the Master in Business Analytics & Data Science at IE School of Science and Technology, or the Master in Digital Business & Innovation at IE Business School. The grant period runs for 10 months from September to July, with grantees required to attend an in-country orientation seminar in early September. This award includes full tuition coverage (waiver valued at €41,000) co-sponsored by the IE Foundation, along with a cost-of-living stipend, international travel benefits, accident and sickness health coverage, and additional allowances for language training, research materials, and settling-in expenses. Recipients also receive 12 months of non-competitive eligibility hiring status within the U.S. federal government. Applicants must submit two separate applications: one through the Fulbright online application system and one directly to IE University for their chosen Master's program. Ideal candidates for the Business Analytics program come from business, quantitative, and technology backgrounds, while the Digital Business & Innovation program welcomes graduates from Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Design, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Law, Political Science, History, and Fine Arts. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, cannot have resided in Spain for 3 or more months in the year prior to the grant, and dual citizens of Spain are not eligible.
