G. Murray and Edna Forbes Foundation Graduate Award in English

The G. Murray and Edna Forbes Foundation Graduate Award in English was established in 2018 with the intent to support bursaries in the Department of English at the University of Regina. This award recognizes graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and strong leadership qualities and character. The award provides $4,000 to one recipient annually and is available to both full-time and part-time students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts Masters of English Program. Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 75% and submit written statements outlining their financial circumstances and their leadership qualities and strength of character. Note that a student can only receive one of the G. Murray and Edna Forbes Foundation English awards during their entire academic career (undergraduate or graduate studies).
