Gemini Foster Care Scholarship

The Gemini Foster Care Scholarship was established in memory of James R. Freeman's life-long commitment to education and his dedication to the well-being and future of the children who have passed through Arizona's Foster Care System. This need-based scholarship provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors who are current or former foster care youth in Arizona. The scholarship aims to support these students in pursuing higher education opportunities and building successful futures. It is administered by the Arizona Community Foundation and is designed specifically to help foster care youth overcome barriers to accessing post-secondary education.
