Gene Harty Memorial Scholarship

The Gene Harty Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a student with superior academic achievement entering the third year of studies in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Alberta. The recipient is selected based on academic standing and contributions made to student life in the faculty. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need. This endowed scholarship was established by friends and colleagues in memory of Mr. Gene Harty to support promising pharmacy students who demonstrate both academic excellence and active engagement in their faculty community.
