Genelle Voigt Jackson English Scholarship

The Genelle Voigt Jackson English Scholarship supports undergraduate students majoring in English at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship is designed for students who demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Preference is given to students from West Salem, Illinois, or nearby communities including Albion, Bone Gap, Browns, and Grayville. The award is renewable, allowing recipients to apply again in subsequent years provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. This award is announced in the Spring and disbursed in the following Fall and Spring semesters.
