Geography and Environmental Studies Scholarship for Excellence Award

The Geography and Environmental Studies Scholarship for Excellence Award was established by the Department of Geography at the University of Regina to reward, recognize and encourage outstanding students with a specialization in Geography or Environmental Studies. This internal scholarship is awarded to graduate students who have demonstrated academic excellence through their Graduate Grade Point Average. The scholarship supports students enrolled in thesis or project-based graduate programs in Geography who have completed at least 12 credit hours and remain actively registered in their graduate studies. Recipients are nominated by the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies Scholarship Committee, ensuring that the award goes to students who have shown exceptional performance in their graduate work.
