George "Herk" Eastland Memorial Scholarship Fund

The George "Herk" Eastland Memorial Scholarship Fund was established at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County to provide scholarships to graduating seniors at Norwin High School. This multi-year scholarship award provides up to $8,000 over 4 years to eligible students who demonstrate financial need and academic achievement. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and a 3.0 GPA throughout the award period. The scholarship is designed to support students planning to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university.
