About This Opportunity

The George Loades Memorial Scholarship in Real Estate Studies is offered annually to an undergraduate student in the Haskayne School of Business with preference given to students enrolled in the Real Estate Studies concentration. Established by the Calgary Real Estate Board Cooperative Ltd. (CREB) in memory of George Loades, this scholarship honors his leadership and commitment to the real estate industry and celebrates his achievements as a conservationist. A key requirement is successful completion of Real Estate Development and Urbanization REAL 317. The award is valued at up to $2,000 and one scholarship is available annually. This internal scholarship at the University of Calgary is open to undergraduate students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study in the Haskayne School of Business, with a major in Real Estate Studies (REAL). There are no citizenship or residency restrictions for applicants.
