George Romaniuk Memorial Prize

The George Romaniuk Memorial Prize is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of an undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated excellence in senior-level Ukrainian coursework. This endowed fund was established by Mrs Helen Kowal in memory of her brother George Romaniuk. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the University of Alberta's scholarship system.
