About This Opportunity
The Gerald Auld Memorial Bursary is awarded to a full-time student who is a single parent, has a demonstrated financial need, and is in good academic standing. This bursary is established at the University of Prince Edward Island by Jodi L. Auld, BA '97 and Tammi-Jo Auld, B.Sc. '98, in memory of their father, Gerald Auld, for the purpose of assisting a student who is a single parent and who, due to difficult financial circumstances, may not be able to complete his or her degree. This award is established in respect and appreciation of Mr. Auld's extraordinary commitment to his family and concern for the welfare of children in his community.
