About This Opportunity
The DFG Research Grants enable scientists and academics to conduct research projects with clearly defined topics and a limited duration. This programme is designed for researchers from any subject working in Germany or at a German research institution abroad who have completed their academic training, usually a doctorate. Only internationally competitive research projects of high scientific quality and originality are eligible for submission. The funding generally covers a maximum period of 3 years, with the possibility to apply for renewal after this period. The grants are intended to support high-quality, innovative research across all disciplines. Applications can be submitted at any time on a rolling basis, and funding amounts depend on the selected programme modules as detailed in the DFG guidelines.
