About this opportunity
The Gertrude Buchanan Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student in Veterinary Medicine at the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) from either Annapolis, Kings, or Hants Counties in Nova Scotia. This scholarship provides financial support of up to $415 to eligible veterinary medicine students. The scholarship is available to current students in their first, second, or third year of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program who meet the specified geographic eligibility criteria.
