About this opportunity
The Gil and Kay Sparks Scholarship Fund was established in 2020 to recognize Gil and Kay Sparks' long-standing involvement in the Wenatchee Valley community. Described as two highly effective and prolific community builders who made enormous contributions to civic life with great humility, they left a legacy as an example of how anyone can make a positive difference.
