Giovanni Carini Memorial Scholarship

The Giovanni Carini Memorial Scholarship is awarded to select undergraduate students at UW-Milwaukee who are planning an approved study abroad program in Italy. This scholarship recognizes students across all majors who demonstrate both academic merit and financial need. The scholarship supports Milwaukee-campus students studying abroad outside the United States, specifically in Italy. Recipients must have their study abroad program approved by the UWM Center for International Education by March 1 and must have a FAFSA on file by the scholarship deadline. The award provides $1,000 to help offset costs associated with studying Italian language and culture abroad during summer or fall semesters.
