Gladys R. and Charles E. Yost Memorial Fund

The Gladys R. and Charles E. Yost Memorial Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide educational assistance to incoming freshman at Carnegie Mellon University, Duquesne University, or University of Pittsburgh. This renewable award is designed to support graduating high school seniors who demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. The scholarship prioritizes applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement, reflecting a commitment to educational equity and access. Recipients must plan to attend one of the three specified Pittsburgh-area universities.
