Global Development Studies Scholarship

The Global Development Studies Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary who are majoring in Global Development Studies. This scholarship recognizes academic merit and demonstrated commitment to social justice and community engagement. The award is made possible through the generosity of donor Edna F. Einsiedel. Applicants must submit a personal statement outlining their career goals and motivations for pursuing a career in global development. This is a faculty-nominated award, meaning applications must be submitted directly to the Department of Anthropology and Archaeology rather than through the Student Financial Support online award application system.
