Goal Setter Awards - Ki te Ao Mārama

The Goal Setter Awards recognize tertiary students in the Wellington/Kapiti area of New Zealand who demonstrate a history of goal setting and goal achievement while contributing service to others and overcoming significant barriers. The program awards $4,000 cash prizes to students who show resilience and dedication despite facing substantial challenges in their lives. Recipients are selected based on their academic progress, community service contributions, and ability to overcome obstacles while pursuing their educational goals. The awards celebrate students undertaking undergraduate or post-graduate degrees, National Certificates, or structured workplace learning for New Zealand Apprenticeships who are in at least their second year of tertiary education.
