About this opportunity
The Golden Jubilee Trust supports secondments of John Lewis Partnership volunteers to UK registered charities. The programme enables charities to benefit from skilled volunteers who can help further their charitable objectives through defined projects. Secondments can be up to six months in duration, on a full or part-time basis, and must demonstrably enable the charity to achieve its goals. The Trust prioritizes projects that are sustainable, create quantifiable legacy, and demonstrate measurable impact even after the secondment is completed. Rather than filling short-term resourcing gaps, the programme aims to enable charities to accelerate activity and develop lasting capabilities. Projects must be inclusive of all parts of society, non-denominational, and non-political, ensuring broad access and benefit to communities across the UK.
