Gordon and Norma Soltice Memorial Award

The Gordon and Norma Soltice Memorial Award is a scholarship offered to students who have completed the first year of full-time studies at Red Deer Polytechnic and are continuing in the second year of full-time studies in the Bachelor of Science Pre-Veterinary Program. If a suitable applicant in the Bachelor of Science Pre-veterinary program cannot be found, the award may be given to a student entering the second year of full-time studies in the Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. The award recognizes academic achievement with a minimum GPA requirement of 3.5. Preference is given to students from Alberta with a farm background. Three awards of $500 each are available annually.
