Grace Kay Veterinary Scholarship

The Grace Kay Veterinary Scholarship was established by the trustee of the estate of Grace Edith Meliora Kay in memory of Grace and her husband, Allan, who used to farm at Orakau, near Te Awamutu. This scholarship supports New Zealand-born students commencing their second, third, fourth, or fifth year of study in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science at Massey University. The scholarship is intended for students who intend to work and reside in New Zealand after graduating. The award provides $2,000 NZD for one year to support a deserving student pursuing veterinary education. Selection is based on academic achievements and financial need, with recipients demonstrating commitment to contributing to New Zealand's veterinary profession.
