Graduate Experience Awards

The Graduate Experience Awards provide financial support for full-time graduate students who acquire experience as Teaching Assistants during the course of their graduate degree program in specified departments and faculties at the University of Waterloo. This award is designed to recognize and support students who contribute to the teaching mission of the university while pursuing their graduate studies. The value of the award varies depending on the department or faculty, and students are selected automatically by their department or faculty based on their Teaching Assistantship appointments. The award is available across multiple terms (Fall, Winter, Spring) and is open to both domestic and international graduate students enrolled in programs within the Faculty of Environment and Faculty of Health.
