Graduate Professional Communication Award

The Graduate Professional Communication Award is an annual scholarship valued at $400 given to a graduate student in the Department of English Language and Literature at the University of Waterloo. The award recognizes excellence in applied professional communication and communication design, including professional writing, digital media, games, and related fields. Students must be or have been registered full-time within the past calendar year. The award is intended to recognize the best work of applied professional communication and communication design created during the previous academic year, whether in a graduate class, course, or co-op placement. Selection is made annually in the Winter term through faculty nominations or student submissions.
