Graduate Women QLD Inc. Sunshine Coast Branch Undergraduate Bursary

Graduate Women Queensland Inc. Sunshine Coast Branch (GWQ-SC) has provided significant and long-standing support for UniSC students via a range of bursaries. The organisation aims to promote the advancement of women through education, and they offer numerous bursaries annually at UniSC. These bursaries are available to three undergraduate students with a high grade point average (GPA). The bursary supports female students enrolled full-time or part-time in the second, third or fourth year (including Honours) of their first undergraduate degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Recipients are selected based on academic merit, financial need, and campus and community involvement. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 5.5 and must have studied for at least one year at UniSC. Previous recipients of GWQ-SC Awards are not eligible to apply, although previous unsuccessful applicants may re-apply. This bursary is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor, and if funding is not available in any given year, the bursary will not be awarded.
