The Grassroots Fund is a no-nonsense, no strings attached support program for grassroots football clubs, leagues, and volunteers in the UK. The fund offers quick, discretionary financial assistance and gifts to help improve grassroots football and the lives of people who make it happen. Support is tailored to individual needs and can include vouchers for materials, funding for tradespeople, gifts for volunteers, recovery support from crime or vandalism, safety improvements, and general help to improve the game and playing environment. Applications must come from FA-accredited clubs or leagues connected to grassroots football. The fund aims to respond to all applications within 60 days. Successful applicants may be required to participate in social media and press promotional activities. Cash funding must be paid into a bank account registered to a club or league.
