GREAT Scholarship 2026

The GREAT Scholarship is jointly funded by Ulster University with the UK government's GREAT Britain Campaign and the British Council. The scholarship provides £10,000 towards tuition fees for one-year Masters programmes at Ulster University. This scholarship is designed for international students from Bangladesh, China, and Kenya who will enrol in postgraduate taught programmes in the 2026-27 academic year. The scholarship is specifically for programmes delivered on Ulster University campuses in Northern Ireland (Belfast, Coleraine, or Derry~Londonderry), excluding eLearning and part-time programmes. Recipients of this award will serve as international ambassadors and will be required to undertake various marketing activities during their studies at Ulster University.
