About This Opportunity

The Greville Bathe Fund and Ann Alice Rayner Fund are two separate charitable funds administered by Jersey Community Foundation to provide financial assistance to individuals in Jersey. The Greville Bathe Fund supports sick and elderly individuals living in Jersey, as well as needy persons who have rendered service to the Island of Jersey in an honorary or remunerated administrative or clerical capacity. The Ann Alice Rayner Fund provides pecuniary relief to needy persons residing in Jersey who find themselves in financial difficulties. Both funds accept applications twice a year from registered charities, with the ultimate beneficiaries required to meet the specific objects of each fund. Individual applicants must apply through a sponsor who is a professional person such as a doctor, health visitor, social worker, or similar professional, or through an organization. The funds were created through historic bequests to the States of Jersey and are now administered by Jersey Community Foundation to provide targeted financial relief to Jersey residents in need.
