About this opportunity

The Green Platform 2026 call aims to mobilize and initiate new three-year projects that accelerate green transition in Norwegian industry. The program supports ambitious projects that deliver significant environmental and climate benefits while ensuring business and socio-economic profitability and competitive industry. Projects must create lasting value creation, build strong value chains, and develop market-ready solutions through broad, interdisciplinary R&D collaboration. This is the fifth call under the Green Platform scheme, a joint mandate from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries to the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, and Siva. The program aims to accelerate green transition in existing industries and lay the groundwork for emerging sustainable industries and new green value chains, supporting Norway's climate commitments under the Paris Agreement toward a low-emission society by 2050.
