Grunntilskudd til institusjonsbaserte tilbud for personer med rusmiddelproblemer og/eller erfaring fra salg og bytte av seksuelle handlinger

This grant program supports institution-based day and residential services for people with substance abuse problems and/or experience from the sale and exchange of sexual services. The program is administered by the Norwegian Directorate of Health (Helsedirektoratet) and aims to provide support outside the specialist health service. The purpose of the program is to contribute to ensuring that people in the target group have access to institution-based day and residential services with the aim of improved quality of life, coping skills, and the opportunity for an active and meaningful existence. The grant supports voluntary and non-profit organizations that provide these services to vulnerable populations.
