GS Caird Scholarship in Dentistry

The GS Caird Scholarship in Dentistry is an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework scholarship that assists high-achieving students at the Sydney Dental School. This scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to students studying dentistry at the University of Sydney. It was donated by Elizabeth Richardson Caird in commemoration of her late father, Mr G.S. Caird. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and a personal statement outlining why the applicant chose to study in the field, prior and current community activities, and future career aspirations. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance with a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 50 each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.
