H. Winston Algate Scholarship

The H. Winston Algate Scholarship supports Vision Science graduate students at the University of Waterloo. The scholarship is awarded annually in the Fall term to students registered in the Vision Science program at the graduate level. Selection is made by the School of Optometry & Vision Science based on academic excellence and financial need. Students are automatically selected by the Faculty/Department and do not need to apply directly. The award value varies and is intended to provide financial support to outstanding graduate students pursuing their studies in Vision Science.
