Hallway Café - Best Recipe Prize

This prize is available to students enrolled in CULA 2202 – Menu Planning at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). The award recognizes culinary excellence by rewarding students who create the top two menu recipes in the course. Judging is based on a specific rubric that is provided with the assignment. Two students will receive $500 each for their outstanding recipe submissions.
