Harold Lawrence Hawe Bursary - Renewable

The Harold Lawrence Hawe Bursary is awarded annually to a student entering first year in the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta. Selection is based on academic standing and demonstrated financial need. This bursary provides significant financial support to help law students focus on their studies without the burden of financial stress. The award is renewable for up to two additional years, contingent upon the recipient maintaining satisfactory academic standing in each subsequent year. This renewable structure allows students to receive consistent support throughout their legal education, provided they continue to meet the academic performance requirements.
