Harry D. McGovern Scholarship (Full Tuition Scholarship)

The Harry D. McGovern Full Tuition Scholarship is made available to incoming freshmen with a minimum 3.5 GPA. This scholarship is designed to support students entering North Dakota State University who demonstrate strong academic achievement and involvement in STEM-based activities. The scholarship covers full tuition costs and is available through the Office of Admission, College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Engineering. Applicants are expected to demonstrate their STEM involvement and share information about their background and future plans.
