Harwich Haven Authority Fund

The Harwich Haven Authority Fund provides grants to support charitable activities being delivered in specific Suffolk postcodes (IP1-IP15). The fund supports projects that promote water-based activities, maritime sector careers, maritime safety, mariner welfare, environmental protection, education of children, physical and mental health and wellbeing, and support for the underprivileged, socially excluded, and LGBTQIA+ community. Multi-year funding may be considered for up to 3 years. The current round is particularly interested in applications for projects that will benefit the environment, build community resilience, and promote health and wellbeing through nature-based projects. This fund is managed by Suffolk Community Foundation, which works closely with stakeholders to support local charities and community groups throughout Suffolk.
